I think i finally solved my issues with beeing attached to someone, i just have to tone down the drama and everything runs smoothly. Like this past week, it was a little bit chaotic cause we both change our schedules and i was ready to dive into the psycho abandoned boyfriend role but, after playing the part a couple of days, i realize that most of those reactions come out of boredom and i have to face the fact that im in a nice estable relationship and that there is nothing wrong with beeing just comfortable, feeling secured and loved.
Anyway, speaking of relationships, a couple of weeks ago i went to see the photographic exposition of a past relationship of mine, and oh my good that was some benjamin buttons shit! I always gave him credit, i knew he was smart, well read, that he knew a bit about art, watched good movies etc. Thats what i have always thought about him before the show, that he had good taste, BUT boy i was wrong. I can not believe that the bitch is so delusiounal he thinks his exposition was a serious work and not just a serious case of photoshop addiction, The models were tacky, the photoshop edition was way overworked, and the clone stamp visibly notable. The overall concept of his work was just plain tacky, im sorry but i can not think of any other more suitable word to describe it. Like i overheard a woman saying at the gallery, it was like televisa with graphics. It left me really sad, most of all because there were a lot of people at the gallery and im sure he must have had a lot of good comments and compliments on his work,but that is just because most people do not give a shit and they just like to be polite.
Also, when i feel like it, i would like to give a movie recommendation too. This time i would recommend The grave of the fireflies, its an anime from the guy who made all the Shihiro castle wacko shit, but this one is one of his earlier works. Its a tender story of the love between siblings, the inocence of children and the hard times during wars. I think you can find it at the Blockbuster, just keep the tissues around because tears will pour out.
